Claire Voyant is an independent fine art and editorial model. Her fascination with nude art began after she was sexually assaulted in 2014. Since then modeling has become both a release for healing and a platform for discussing issues regarding women's sexuality and violence against female bodies.
Recently Claire relocated to Philadelphia from Detroit, where she is working on a self portrait series. She travels often to pursue her passion for creating nude art imagery with collaborators around the U.S. and Canada. Her travel plans for 2017-2018 include Toronto, Chicago, Detroit, NYC, Boston, Baltimore and Mexico City.
Claire's studies in historic representations of women lead her to curate and perform an exhibition at Detroit's, The Baltimore Gallery in February 2016. Victoria is a performance installation which explores the dichotomy of women in art in the 18th century.
As of 2016, Claire began working as a creative director to curate projects with concern for ethical media standards. She continues to support other body positive models in gaining exposure and opportunities and to consult on commercial projects who take seriously their responsibility as media creators.
